1. Travel onto 70 West. Next, at Frederick, MD, get on 15 North.
2. You will reach Thurmont, MD about 20 miles from Frederick.
3. Take the 'Fort Ritchie / Sabilasville /Rt. 550 Exit which is about a mile past the Thurmont Exit.
4. Make a left turn at the Stop sign onto 550 North. There is a Sheetz across from the stop sign. You will immediately go under a bridge and pass 'Catoctin High School' on your right.
5. 550 is a curvy mountain road. It will lead you right to Fort Ritchie's Main gate which is about 8 miles from Thurmont.
6. Make a right turn at the signal lights at the Main gate. Go over a rail road track. After about a mile, you'll come to a stop sign (junction of Rt. 16).
7. You'll see a Mobile gas station to your right. Make a left turn at the stop sign on to Rt. 16 (Buchanan Trail) West in the direction of Waynesboro.
8. There is a sign and the entrance on the right side of the road after about a mile down Rt. 16.
B.
1. Travel onto 140 West.. Next, at Emmitsburg, MD, get on 16 West.
2. You'll see a Mobile gas station to your left after about 15 miles from Emmitsburg.
3. Continue on Rt. 16 West (Buchanan Trail). There is a sign and the entrance on the right side of the road after about a mile down from Mobile. |
1. Travel onto 270 North. Next, at Frederick, MD, get on 15 North.
2. You will reach Thurmont, MD about 20 miles from Frederick.
3. Take the Sabilasville /Rt. 550 Exit which is about a mile past the Thurmont Exit.

1. Travel onto NJ Turn Pike(95). Get onto 78 West.
2. Switch onto 81 South after about 135 miles on 78 West.
3. Take the Greencastle Exit after about 80 miles on 81 South.
4. Get on Rt. 16 East and travel for about 12 miles to Waynesboro.
5. You will pass through down-town Waynesboro.
6. Our church is at the opposite end of town.
7. Go pass a Dodge car dealership and seven-eleven on your right.
8. You will head up toward a mountain and there is a sign and entrance to the left of the road on Rt. 16 East (Buchanan Trail).
B.
1. Travel on 15 South. Take the Emmitsburg Exit.
2. Get onto Rt. 16 West.
3. You'll see a Mobile gas station to your left after about 15 miles from Emmitsburg.
5. Continue on Rt. 16 West (Buchanan Trail). There is a sign and the entrance on the right side of the road after about a mile down from Mobile. |
